From consultation/proposal to quotation ① (Sales)
We respond to inquiries from various customers in each industry asking “Can you make something like this?”
Our metalworking professionals, who have cultivated the know-how over many years are available for consultation.
We will accept the order after the requested products meet the requirements such as shape or material, after reach the price agreement and delivery date decided. We will input the contents of the order into our original system and start the production preparation by our in-house integrated production system
From drawing deployment to CAD/CAM②（CAD）
The data inputted to our original system will create data to give instructions to the processing machine. First, we will draw a blueprint on the screen using software that creates drawings on a computer called CAD. After that, we will draw the product three-dimensionally using 3D data called 3D CAD.
Since the processing machine cannot understand the data created by CAD as it is, it will be converted to work data suitable for the processing machine through a system called CAM.

Material arrangement ③ (Purchasing)
When the order is confirmed, we will arrange the materials in parallel with the CAD/CAM data creation. If the material is in stock, we will secure the quantity. If it is insufficient, we will arrange it with the supplier.
Once the drawing data and materials for the processing machine are available, it is factory (processing machine) turn to operate.
Machining (cutting, bending, cutting/shaving, welding, etc.) ④ (Machining operator)
The data that gives instructions to the processing machine is called NC data. The machine operator works on each machine while checking the work instructions, NC data and drawings.
Work is controlled by work order and processing machine’s process order mainly on materials cutting (laser, etc.), bending, cutting (shaving), and welding (joining). Processing will be proceed one after another.、次々と加工は進んでいきます。

Depending on the content of the order, some products may be parts, while others may be assembled products by combining multiple parts.
While manufacturing each part in it, we may assemble when each part is completed.
Quality and quantity inspection ⑦ (Quality assurance/management)
We perform required inspections such as whether the finished product is made according to the dimensions and whether the material is as required, and inspect the quality itself.
At the same time, we also perform quantity inspection.

Packing, shipping and delivery ⑧ (Logistics, etc.)
If there are no problems with the finished product, it will finally be shipped.
Since metal products are heavy, we prevent the products from rubbing against each other during transportation, planning the loading method, etc. as the know-how for shipping that we have cultivated over many years. We pack and ship with the utmost care so that we can deliver the finished product as it is.
We carefully pack products that may be scratched one by one. In addition, we use containers for shipping outside Hokkaido so that we can deliver many products quickly.
